Gathering of the Sister’s code of conduct and liability agreement:

By showing up to the property (Fredrock Glampground) and this event, Gathering of the Sisters 2024, (09/05-09/08), I agree for myself and (if applicable) for those minor children for whom I am the parent or guardian, to the following:

-I am responsible for my own well-being. If I have an injury, prior condition, are pregnant, under a doctor's care, experiencing mental distress, ect, it's up to me to take care of myself. No teachers are responsible for my health and are not liable to the outcome I experience during the offerings workshops and classes on the premise and post event, whether I foresaw their outcome or not.

-I am responsible for myself and my belongings and equipment I bring with me. Both Frederick Glampground and Sara Clover are not liable for theft, destruction or damage, be it from an act of the Nature, Earth, Sky or a fellow event goer, to my personal property.

-I enter the property at my own risk fully aware that this event is held outside. Fredrock Glampground and Sara Clover are not at fault for injury, damage due to weather, or any other situation that arises from the natural nature of earth circumstances. 

-There are zero refunds given even if the event has to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, natural human caused or otherwise. 

-The entire schedule and event is subject to change at any moment based on the sole discretion of Fredrock Glampground and Sara Clover for your health, safety, enjoyment and expansion of your experience.

-I am fully responsible for leaving my space and any space I enter exactly how I found it, fully embody the ideology of ‘leave no trace’ and ‘do as you will, do no harm”. I take responsibly in paying for any damage that may arise.

-Both Fredrock Glampground and Sara Clover have the right to remove me from the premise at anytime, for any reason, at their sole discretion.

-I agree to allow Gathering of the Sisters and Venue Provider to use my and my minor children's, if any, name and likeness in a photo or on videotape for promotional purposes or media releases. This excludes any nudity.

-I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the activities and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my minor children or injury to my property, and further release, waive, discharge and agree not to sue Sara Clover or Fredrock Glampground, and each of their directors, officers, owners, affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (the “Releasees”), for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, arising out of my or my children’s participation in the activities and use of property of or presence upon the facilities of Gathering of the Sisters and Venue Provider, whether caused by the fault of myself, my children, Gathering of the Sisters, Sara Clover, Venue Provider, other participants or other third parties.
